A moustache transplant moves hair follicles, usually from the back of the scalp, into the upper lip to fill gaps, thicken sparse growth or rebuild a moustache after a scar. Because the grafts are your own hair, they keep growing for life and can be trimmed and styled like any natural moustache.
It suits men whose moustache grows patchy or thin, whose moustache never connected with the beard, or who have scars from an injury, a burn or cleft lip surgery. Hormonal thinning should be assessed first, and patients with an active skin condition on the upper lip may need to wait.

Your doctor will confirm when you can trim or shave again; for many patients trimming is fine after about a month.

airport to the post-operative evaluation. The hotel was very comfortable and met my expectations. The scheduled pick-up times at the hotel were met. The hospital facilities were also satisfactory. In short, so far I've had a great experience and I recommend it. Now it's just a matter of waiting for the results in the coming months.
