Physical Activities, Sun & HolidayIn the first month after your hair transplant surgery, you should abstain from all physical activities such as football, basketball or any kind of sports that have body contact as well as weight lifting, cycling and running.You shouldn’t expose yourself to direct sunlight as it can damage your scalp and the skin. To avoid the sunlight, it is always suggested to use an umbrella or wear a special loose hat if necessary.If you plan to go on holiday after your surgery, you should not swim in the swimming pools or in the sea until you have completed your first month.Smoking and AlcoholAlcohol and smoking can make the blood thinner and cause more bleeding which increases the time needed for the wounds to heal. It is better if you wait 2 weeks after the FUE hair transplantation before consuming alcohol and smoking.
The operation
Your FUE or Sapphire/DHI session takes place in one day. Grafts are extracted one by one from the donor area and implanted at the natural angle of your existing hair. You go home the same day with a full aftercare kit.
Early aftercare
The clinic performs the first gentle wash and shows you the routine. Mild redness and small crusts around the grafts are completely normal. Sleep elevated and avoid touching the recipient area.
Healing
The tiny scabs fall away and the scalp clears. Transplanted hairs then begin to shed — this 'shock loss' looks alarming but is a normal, expected part of the cycle. The roots stay safely in place.
Dormant
The shed hairs are gone and the follicles rest before regrowth. There is little visible change in this window, so patience matters. Most patients return to normal life and exercise well before this stage.
Regrowth
New hairs push through and steadily thicken. By month six roughly half to two-thirds of the final density is visible, and the new hairline already reshapes the face.
Full maturity
Growth completes: full density, natural direction and a permanent hairline drawn from your own donor hair. This is the true, lasting outcome shown in mature before-and-after photos.

airport to the post-operative evaluation. The hotel was very comfortable and met my expectations. The scheduled pick-up times at the hotel were met. The hospital facilities were also satisfactory. In short, so far I've had a great experience and I recommend it. Now it's just a matter of waiting for the results in the coming months.
