Two things are worth confirming with any clinic, ours included. First, how many nights are covered — packages that read as identical on price sometimes differ by a night or two. Second, whether the transfer is genuinely private or a shared shuttle, because after a long day in the chair that difference is felt.

From First Message to Flying Home

The sequence is the same whichever tier you choose, and knowing it in advance removes most of the uncertainty.

It starts with photographs. You send images of the front, top, crown and donor area, along with anything relevant in your medical history. That gives a first read on whether a transplant is the right answer at all — and occasionally the honest answer is that it is not yet, because the loss is still active or the donor area will not support what you are hoping for.

Do Clinics in Turkey Offer Travel Packages With the Surgery?

Yes — for international patients this is the norm in Turkey rather than an extra. Most clinics that treat travelling patients bundle the surgery with the stay and the transfers, because a patient arriving from abroad needs the logistics solved before the operation is worth booking.

A travel-inclusive package generally covers:

• Airport transfers on arrival and departure, plus the runs between hotel and clinic on operation and wash days.

• Hotel nights for the length of the stay, usually three to four nights around the procedure.

• An interpreter or a coordinator in your language for the consultation, the operation day and the first wash.

• The post-operative kit — wash products, medication and written aftercare.

For a first hair transplant the deciding factor is usually the technique the case needs, not the tier name — and for most first cases that means matching the method to the area being treated.

• A receding hairline or temples, shaved. Standard sapphire FUE covers this well. It is the most common first procedure and the least complicated to plan.

• A hairline where density at the front matters most. Direct implantation places grafts without pre-opening channels, which suits fine control at the frontal line.

• A crown, or a crown plus hairline in one session. The crown grows in a swirl and needs more grafts for the same visual result, so it is worth planning as its own decision rather than an add-on.

• You cannot shave for work or personal reasons. Unshaven approaches exist but are more labour-intensive per graft, and they are not suitable for every graft count.

A first transplant also has a planning dimension that a second one does not: the donor area is a finite resource, and what is used now is not available later. What Should You Ask About a Guarantee or Revision Policy?

Ask what triggers it, what it pays for, and get the answer in the document you sign. “Guarantee” is used to mean at least three different things in this sector, and only one of them is worth anything: some clinics mean a promise about graft survival, some mean a second procedure under stated conditions, and some mean a reassuring sentence in a chat thread.

Treat a headline guarantee percentage the way you would treat a headline price — as a marketing figure until it appears in writing with conditions attached. The questions below apply to any clinic, including this one.

• What exactly is being guaranteed? Survival of transplanted grafts, a density outcome, or a free revision? These are very different promises.

A shared shuttle and a private car are both called “transfer”. Ask which one is in the package.

Arriving. A driver meets you at arrivals and takes you to the hotel. The distinction matters more than it sounds: after a full day in the chair, waiting for a shuttle to fill up is a different experience from getting into a car. Ask which one is in the package, and ask who to call if a flight is delayed.

The language question. Ask which language your coordinator actually speaks, and whether that person is physically present on operation day and at the first wash or only reachable by phone. The two moments that matter are the hairline drawing and the aftercare briefing, and both are conversations rather than paperwork. A translated document is not a substitute for someone in the room when you are being asked to approve a hairline.
