What does "all-inclusive" actually cover in Turkey?
An all-inclusive hair transplant package bundles the operation with everything an international patient needs around it, so you book one thing instead of five. At Istanbul Care every tier is flat-priced — FUE Sapphire $1,990, Organic DHI $2,290, Gold DHI Ultra $2,490 — and the figure quoted before you travel is the figure you pay.
Inside each package:
- The procedure itself, with the graft count set at assessment rather than from photographs.
- Hotel nights around the operation date, typically three to four.
- Private airport transfers plus the runs between hotel and clinic on operation and wash days.
- An interpreter or coordinator in your language for the consultation, the operation and the first wash.
- The post-operative kit — medication, wash products and written aftercare.
- Follow-up over the first twelve months.
What is usually not included?
One item is inconsistent across the whole sector and worth confirming before you compare two totals: return flights. Some clinics include them, most do not, and a package described as "all-inclusive" does not automatically mean the ticket is in it.
Two more worth pinning down in writing: whether adjunct sessions such as PRP are quoted upfront or presented as recommended after arrival, and what the position is on revision if density falls short at twelve months.
Does the hotel and transfer package change the price?
Not at Istanbul Care — the accommodation and transfers sit inside the published tier price rather than being added on arrival. What moves the number is the procedure itself: graft count first, technique second. Direct implantation and unshaven approaches are more labour-intensive per graft than standard FUE, and they price accordingly.
Who holds the hotel booking?
This one matters more than it sounds. If the clinic books the hotel, a postponed operation date usually moves the hotel with it. If you book it yourself to save a little, that flexibility is gone and a rescheduled procedure becomes your problem rather than a coordination task.
How long should you plan to stay?
Most international schedules run four to seven days: assessment and procedure early in the stay, first wash and a check before you fly home. Planning tighter than that leaves no room if the operation date moves.
